  This is for the Shipyard location. I have never seen worse customer service. They intentionally do not have someone you can talk to. I got a prescription but the doctor's assistant filled out the form incorrectly. I called to get it corrected - day after day, week after week, month after month. All I can do is leave a message that is ignored. They say "we will call you back" and they don't. I can't reach my doctor, I can't get my prescription corrected. If this were life-saving medication I needed I would be dead by now. The only thing they have managed to do on time is bill me. If you have a serious medical condition that requires someone actually attending to your needs, avoid this place at all cost, you could be dead before they get around to responding to your calls.

  Do not give these people your money, because that's really the only thing they're interested in keeping healthy and alive. They will play bureaucratic pinball with your bank account while you continue to suffer, risking your well-being to maintain their undeserved wealth. The trickle down effect of morally-repugnant and fraudulent practice means that if you really take a look at this BUSINESS, you will find, on all departmental levels, the infectious spread of the charlatan: they're just a hungry wolf wearing a doctor suit. Negative five stars.
